Summer recipe recommendations from our CSA members

Melissa recommends this eggplant, tomato, and zucchini casserole. If you’ve been our member for awhile, you might remember Melissa’s epic recipe spreadsheet. She says a lot of it is behind paywalls now, but it’s still impressive.

Sara gave me this recommendation IRL at our winter CSA pickup, so this link to a simple tuna and tomato salad with olives is a best guess.

For big bunches of herbs

  • basil vinaigrette - Great on a summer salad, or just drizzled over tomatoes.

  • lentil walnut pate - this isn't centered on herbs, ingredient-wise, but I find that it's great with even more than the recipe calls for, especially with parsley, basil, and dill

  • dill dijon salad dressing - this is a repeat from the Owl’s Nest newsletter, but not since 2021 and I love it/bookmarked it for whenever I get dill and salad greens
